Masoud Mohamed is the driving force behind EasyBites, a homegrown QSR brand quickly gaining ground against global fried chicken giants in India. As a third-generation director of the Empire Group of Restaurants, Masoud understands scaling food businesses like few people do.

EasyBites has become a local favourite in Bangalore not just for its crispy fried chicken, but also for its standout burgers and the cult-favourite chilly cheese fries.

Masoud’s work extends beyond his successful forays in the food business. He's the co-founder of LoudChilli, a branding and design agency, and plays a key role in India's fast-growing pickleball scene as the Treasurer of the Karnataka Pickleball Association. He also runs Empire FC, a football team currently competing in the BDFA C Division.
